All orders over R 2000.00 in a radius of 80km qualify for free delivery
Once your payment has cleared in our account, we will send you a collection number. You may then come and collect. Depending on your bank this may take 24-48 hours. We cannot do immediate clearances

Follow the returns process and ask for a returns number or return your goods to the store and allow your product to go for testing

We at ACDC dynamics are currently upgrading our Head Office to offer you a quicker and more streamlined shopping experience. Orders received up to and including 15h00 same day collection (picking takes 2 to 3 hours) after 15:00 will be ready for collection the next day day
Orders received up to and including 15h00 (14h00 on Fridays) will be delivered the next day. Orders received after 15h00 will form part of the next day's order process and will be ready for delivery only the day after
Orders received up to and including 13h00 (12:00 on Friday) same day delivery/collection (picking takes 2 to 3 hours) orders received after 13h00 will be available the next day.
Our website's stock levels are live, however it cannot take into account how many orders are put in before you are able to put your order in. Contact our call centre if you need help or a stock check done.
