The following is needed for a 30-Day application :

• ID document copies for all active directors
• Company Registration document/notice of incorporation 
• VAT Registration document 
• Proof of business address (Utility bill/lease agreement/contract) 
• Banking details (bank letter not older than 3 months) 
• Authorization page (also attached) to be completed. 
• Latest financial statements
• Each page of the application form must be initialed by the authorized person and witness
